Overnight at Horombo Huts.
Acclimatization hike to Kibo Huts, enjoying panoramic views before returning to

Advance to Kibo Huts, preparing for the midnight summit attempt.
Summit day! Begin around midnight and reach Uhuru Peak for sunrise. Descend back
to Horombo Huts.
Complete the trek by descending to Marangu Gate, then transfer to your lodge for
